Keep Your Peepers Peeled for Colorful Eggs at the Annual Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunt

March 23, 2016 2:30 pm

It's that time of year again! The Easter holiday is almost upon us, and that means the return of the annual Eggstravaganza Easter egg hunt. People of all ages are invited to join in the festivities at this fun and exciting event taking place near Northwest.

This year's Eggstravaganza will be held on Saturday, March 26 at the Chesapeake City Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Egg hunts will be divided into two age groups for children 4 and under and for children 5 through 8, making it easier for little ones (and their parents) to gather eggs with children their own age. Participants are encouraged to bring their own Easter baskets for the hunt, and once all of the eggs are gathered, they can even have their photos taken with Peter Cottontail himself!
